Golden Years Home Care Success Reflects Growth of Industry - Reminder Publications

The move to East Longmeadow and the renovation of the former Ski Haus building in the center of the town is an indication of the growth in in-home care programs and Golden Years Home Care Services.

The founder of the company, Cesar Ruiz, Jr., told Reminder Publishing the company had outgrown its offices in Longmeadow and sought to find its own building. He attributed the growth to “hard work, grace, gratitude and blessings.”

The company has 362 caregivers and 347 clients, Ruiz said. The purpose of the company’s services is to keep seniors in their homes by providing caregivers who help the clients with everyday tasks. The company can provide hourly care or 24/7 multiple shift care.  A program can be designed for a client for either temporary or long term care, and has a specialization in dementia care.
