Home Health Aids

Home Health Aides (HHAs) bridge the critical gap between patients and other members of the healthcare team, delivering quality-of-life care in residential settings, hospice facilities, and assisted living facilities. HHAs collect vital information about patients' conditions, document it, and relay it to their supervisors, ensuring that patients receive timely and appropriate care. They play an essential role in the medical profession.

Our Home Health Aides work to put patients at ease and enhance their quality of life. They monitor vital signs, observe health conditions, assist with daily activities, and maintain healthcare documentation. Additionally, they provide first aid, assist with homemaking tasks, and help prepare meals. These services are ideal for individuals needing significant support due to injury, disability, or age.

Golden Years Home Care Services

Companion Care

Companion Care Services are a less intensive, nonmedical type of home care. Golden Years' companion care services offer seniors the care, comfort, and support they need to lead an independent, fulfilling life. Our caregivers offer seniors consistent and dependable companion services, giving family members a break from being the only person responsible for a senior's socialization and emotional support.

Veteran Service

As a Veteran and member of the VA, you may be able to receive home care and many other services. Golden Years has been working with the VA for years, and we have taken on many challenging situations. We care about our vets, as many folks at Golden Years are veterans themselves. We supply care and other services that benefit not only our vets but also spouses in many cases.

We are here to help veterans become informed about the many benefits that they are entitled to once they are members of the VA system. Golden Years will help you go through the process of becoming a VA member. We welcome all our vets to come and visit this site and contact us for more information, forms, advice, or services. Our VA Representative will reach out to you.
If you are enrolled with Commonwealth Care Alliance, the Veteran Administration, Private Duty Client, you also encouraged to request information.
